Nice work you did on the machines! Sorry to hear of your accident, hopefully in time you’ll gain more flexibility.

Yesterday i did the brakes on my 198,,The original ones were rectangle plates with slots on the ends i thing they are called spindle pads, Ebay wanted $62 for one pad! I bought a set of used complete Cyclone brake assemblies for $52 and changed the complete caliber set up,the spindle pads have only 1/16 of meat while the cyclones have 1/8 of meat,,also put on my Ford rear tires 23x9.50 x12 which are taller & wider (summer tires) and put chains on the original 23x8.50 x12 tires for when i put the snow blower & weight box on the back for winter

I built the green trike because i live in the Catskill Mountains, and my electric mobility scooter can't even make it out of my neighborhood,,,SCEW JOE BIDEN AND HIS GREEN NEW DEAL ELECTRIC VEHICALS !!!!

I have a saying. Speaking of the current administration. Now there’s a good, bad example. And boy does that shoe fit. If the unemployment is as good as we are told you would think products would be more available? But it’s not . I told my wife if you see it on the shelf you better go ahead and buy it.

Unemployment is as low as it is, because you can only draw it for a certain length of time. When your unemployment is exhausted, you are out of the unemployment statistics and out of money! BTDT
I was not permanently unemployed. The company I work for lost a lot of business during the pandemic, and we were only working every other week.
On the other hand, I can't see someone being permanently unemployed for long. There are help wanted signs in every business!

They have learned to game the system. My wife is a safety trainer for a large company and some people have said they need to work enough to restart their unemployment now that Covid limitations are ending? Some people have no shame but speak what they are doing out loud. Sad. One of those being trained, his wife was in an auto accident and he said we are in the money now. After that day he never returned to work. Another was talking about his five children, she told him he would retain most of his gross pay with 7 dependents, and he said, oh my baby momma claims them, we’re not married in America? so she gets money for each child, she also gets food stamps? They train 100+ a month and about 4% actually stay employed longer than six months.

I had my accident in Jan. 2011,spent 3 months in a coma, another month then released to a bad nursing home,3 weeks later another month in hospital from mercia infection in my leg, then another year in a nursing home, bought a house in 2013,daughter was suppose to take care of me (they thought i would die soon) she let ex-wife & other daughter move in,they paid nothing, all money was taken from my bank account (do i look like i wear $500 from Victoria Secrets) I went to work for my old company off the books in a wheelchair in the warehoue(todays kids DON'T KNOW **** BUT VIDEO GAMES!) Daughter had me arrested 4 times (lies) and throw out of my house,I lived in an apt, remarried, house went into forclosure, sold house, moved upstate where i build stuff and fix old tractors, NOW LIVING HAPPILY IN THE WOODS LIKE A HILLBILLY....LOL

Most of the jobs were recovered from the covid layoffs, after unemployment ran out people living HIGH ON THE HOG of unemployment benifits, now have to survive on ****** JOBS in the retail or food service industry All the good manufacturing jobs are GONE (thanks China) and TODAYS KIDS are roo STUPID to get their hands dirty, because they think the are goin to get RICH off the computer and work less from home!!

I agree, nobody wants to work any more. The company I work for hires people every week. They quit faster than they can hire them. Starting pay is around $16-$18/hr.

I worked in commercial HVAC,,,WE had one guy who was going to college to become an Engineer, had to have 6 months classroom & 6 months on the job,,,HE DIDN"T LAST THE DAY!! He climbed one step on a 6ft ladder and QUIT,,"I'm not cut out for this".....LOL,LOL
