I have a Cub Cadet 1650 with the dual-spool valve system. The hydraulic valve controlling the front was stuck and would not move. After removing it from the tractor it would work. I noticed a plug on the back side of the valve, that interferes with the mounting plate. I’m guessing it put the valve in a bind when being secured to the mounting plate. Is this plug supposed to be there or not? I'm unable to find any pictures of the back of the valve.
Thank you for your help and knowledge.

There are supposed to be spacers on the bolts to provide clearance with the plate when installed.

Thanks for the information and picture. I should have thought of that right off. Better safe than sorry though. I can now operate my recently acquired angled blade system. Just need to find some spacers of the right size and I should be set. Thanks once again.
