Marlin. My cases have a two speed transaxle but their hydraulic drive so their isn't a whole lot of speed selection it's almost like it only can go two speeds. I thing JD used a two speed transaxle on some of their hydros also.

Charlie, the US General toolboxes are sweet! I couldn't find anything else that was on par with their quality that didn't cost 2-3 times as much. I have the smaller 26" version.

Dennis, Brian, when I first got my 122 the hytran was really low, when I filled it up all of it ran out the axel seals. Should have noticed the wheels had oil residue on them before I did that. My 122 has the bushings I replaced them with new ones but didn't know I could have put bearings in at...

It's 3 here this morning with a wind chill of -16. It's the coldest it's been in 20+ years in my area.

Kraig, thanks for the info. Would I be better off with a spring assist on the 122? Mostly I run the blade but I do have a IH 3pt on the back with no attachments yet.

Frank, no heat yet other than a small space heater. Hopefully I can will get the ceiling insulated this summer so I can get some real heat next winter. Lewis, that's the 122. The blade, one set of the wheel weights, and the s/g bracket all came from you. Thanks for the compliments I...

Nic, my wear edge was down to the bolts also and had worn part of the blade, but I flipped it over and it's like band new now.

Harry B, I'm still reading every day but mostly been spending all my time on my shop that's now finished! My T/O bearing does squeak while clutching. My 122 is early production and the collar thing that connects the drive shaft to the trans input was the thin one and was wollowed out. I replaced...

The only clutch thing I've had to replace on my 66 122 is the fiber disc, the teaser spring is broken but everything else is 100% original. I can slip it in 3rd gear with the blade loaded but other than that it works pretty good. I'll might rebuild it when I have it out if I ever get a creeper.

Went out to the barn today to get the 122 and the batt was completely dead (0 volts) nothing was left on, it has never done this before, and was fine a week ago. The batt a little over a month old, the ignition switch is new, the s/g has been rebuilt, and the wireing harness is in good...
