    Part number for battery cover is 404575-R2. Reproductions are available. Snowblower will be hard to find and your tractor will need the creeper option to use it. HamiltonBobs

    I wonder if a bearing separator might be a better tool for the job. You may be able to get a loaner from Autozone.

    cc 2072 motor oil leak

    It may be the crankshaft seal behind the pto clutch. A common problem with Kohler twin Magnum and KT engines. An easy repair if that's the problem.

    I think the decal may be original. I saw a large dealer display on ebay a few years ago that had a pic of a 1000 with the same decal on the cowl. I think it was a dealer promotion in the mid 70's for a creeper and rear tiller. This looks like the same but is faded and can't see it clearly...

    CATS Stray, Feral, Housebound, Declawed, and Otherwise

    I had a cat show up that was spayed and declawed. Loves people more than any I've ever seen. Very clumsy because of tufts of hair on bottom of paws. These pics are not mine but look almost identical.

    That photo of the Cub reminds me of one of I took of my 61 Lo-Boy next to a field. Don't think the corn will do as well this year...they haven't been able to get in the fields.
