Long-time fan of IH and particularly of Cub Cadets, for family reasons. Inherited many pictures, letters, service manuals, patent award letters, etc. from my father.

Yes. With and office and shop in a small side building, perhaps part of the original farm? I remember tractor and equipment 'shows' on the grounds of the Hinsdale facility. Or perhaps dressage shows with side demos of IH tractors. We lived in Aurora at that time.
