I have a cub belt pulley with gear box; has anyone tried to attach this unit to a rear PTO on a cub cadet 100 or similiar model? Will it fit and work? I think the transmissions and PTOs are the same.

Michael Reed, download Delco-Remy Service Bulletin IMG-150. Dated 1/15/63. You can do this at the Delco-Remy web site. It will give you all the info you need - I hope. Good luck

Thanks Kraig. Do you have any photos of the IH spring assist hooked up? I wish I could find a hydrauilic lift at a reasonable price, that would solve the problem!

Spring assist question: I have a 100 with a rear PTO and can not get the spring assist past the control lever on the right side of the tractor. There is a Grote light on the left side. I have both the Brinly and IH style spring assist. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can attach it...

On my 100 the starter/generator turns the engine over very slowly - almost stopping in between revolutions. It is an original Delco. It will start the tractor after holding the starter button down for about a minute or so. The engine turns over easily by hand, and the generator pulley spins...

I recently saw someone post the instructions on how to install a front blade on a CC 100. Can someone direct me to that post or post it again? Thank you!

I saw a Kohler for sale and I can not tell if it is a 7hp or a 10hp. There is no engine tag on it. Is there any way to tell without pulling the head?

I'm in favor of the 100. But it needs a nice commercial 20-25 HP engine, a live rear PTO that can run some usefull attachments, and a 4WD option. Might as well add a hydraulic power angle front blade, and a two stage snow blower.

For sale IH Utility 350, in very good to excellent condition. Gas engine. Only known issues are that the fuel guage on the tank needs a new cork; and the tach needs adjustment - it always reads 2400 RPMs. Also, has a few minor leaks. Has power steering, new front and rear tires. Comes with...
