Hey guys, so back again with a issue, my 123 hyrdrostatic is smoking pretty good out of this port on the carb side, I believe its the valve vent. I took it apart and have these two metal pieces. One is a paper thin piece that looks similar to a cross, and the other is bent on both ends...- lkillian

so I got the pto off, one of the set screws ended up cracking! But I have a surplus of parts :-) But can the clutch disk be replaced cause its looking pretty worn down? And another problem I'm having is when I have the deck connected, and cutting some longer grass the blades bog down and...- lkillian

Hey all, So the pto looks like its gonna have get taken off and cleaned or replaced. Has anyone ever removed the front end/grill assembly to get at the mechanical pto? And if so what's the easiest way to do so. Looks heavy.... Thanks again Luke- lkillian

Hey frank, yea that's what I was talking about. Not proficent with the terms, any idea on how to get the gear(#9 on diagram) off from the engine side. ? And how much of a pain. Just because I was looking and saw that the grill and such was in the way? Let me know Thanks again...- lkillian

I would like to thank frank, kraig, and scott for all the help. Turns out it was the pressure relief valve. Reverse side was very well locked up, almost looking at a new one, but thank god for elbow grease, and pb blaster. However have encountered a new issue. The release for the mower...- lkillian

Hey guys, so I got the seat off, and checked the ccmanuals, an the manual is telling me to split the tractor, or refer to manual Gs 1301. However in the ccmanuals their is no listing of any gs manuals or listing of splitting that I can see. I can see the valves an they look dirty, but...- lkillian
