Not directly. You could put something together using some parts from a 1862/1864 and the same era super garden tractors, but the conversion is not for mechanical novices.
 
I found a used 1862 had to do overdue servicing and replaced switches. 1811 accessories are interchangeable. Probably easier and cheaper than converting the 1811.
