What is messed up on your harness? You may be able to just replace the bad wires. I am guessing it is the smaller gauge wires that are messed up.

Since you already have a harness, why not use those wires as a guide?
I am but I cannot determine their gauges, call me challenged I am guessing there are 3 different guages involved.

The loom is completely rotten and some of the wire are brittle, I figured it would look a lot nicer with a new wiring job.

The starter/generator and battery cables were probably 8 gauge from the factory, but 6 would be better. 14 gauge will work for everything else.
