Is it fixed or did you temporarily dry it out enough to run? With it parked for a few days, is the cylinder loaded again? I guess I'm wondering why it was so super flooded to begin with.
 
The gas will run out the carb, on a 100 it is up hill into the intake port. Most likely it is from all that choking you gave it .
