Thoughts on 122 Cub Cadet

I found one up the street from me for sale. For those of you that own them. Could you give me some insight.

Solid basic tractor. Uses a pin on deck instead of quick attach. The mule bolts to the frame. A snow plow is also a bolt on. Its a narrow frame which some find a little harder to work on. I have one. It was my Dad’s and will eventually go to the grandson. It was the first 12 hp tractor.

I have a 122...does it have lights,hyd deck lift,creeper shift?? all options on a 122.good heavy duty tractor...decks are heavy also and have tapered bearings in spindles not cheaps

Not sure on options. Have not looked at it yet. has rear wheel weights.Deck is wrecked up. But i have decent deck. on the 149

So i have (2) Hydro’s . It would be nice to have a shifter.

I will have to look at tractor. Is your Deck in good shape?

I rebuilt it with new bearings and everything.. Yes it works good..

I have one with hydraulics, creeper, lights and tiller on it. It and the 100 are excellent tiller tractors.
