My 129/149 has 3/4” spindles and I notice the 1200-up/82 series have 1” spindles. Anyone swapped the 3/4” out for the 1” ones, because bigger is better you know.

On the subject of knuckles, I pulled this from my time capsule (box) of Cub parts that hasn’t been touched in 20+ years. Can anyone confirm this the left for an Original since it’s drilled and threaded on both ends?

I have to ask because there's no mention of it, and I wonder if others who want to do this mod realize it. Obviously if you use a larger diameter spindle then, you have to drill the axle? (Asking for a friend Haha!)
