I work at a hardware store in Lindale, Georgia, a man come in with a 1541 cub cadet. He is looking for some parts and I can’t order parts for this machine anymore. Does anybody know where I can find this pulley, or is there an any machine that uses the same part?

Welcome. Glad to have you with us.
I dont want to be a party pooper but I am curious what is wrong with the dual pulley in the picture? it looks to be in pretty good shape. however, it also looks like someone has been running a 1/2 belt in a 5/8 belt groove. correct me if I am wrong but the PTO belt should be a 5/8 and the deck belt should be a 1/2. Since the valley of the top (larger) pulley is all polished clean then I suspect the wrong belt width has been used. belts should never touch the valley of a V pulley. I guess the larger pulley could be so heavily worn that even a 5/8 belt bottoms out- in that case the pulley is worn out.
