As far as I know, the 154 and 185 used the same 3 point with a different PTO. Try Hamilton Bob's, just type that in Google, and see what they have as far as parts available. I'm willing to bet that your best chance would be finding a parts tractor with a3 point and swapping it over to yours. You will also need the diverter valve so you can control the 3 point separate from the deck lift.
