Well, she's up and running!! What a great feeling. Turns out the steering nuckles were reversed. Whoever was assembling the cub had them reversed and started welding on pieces to make it work. I removed everything not stock and assembled properly. She fired right up and drove great. Still lots more to do but she's ALIVE!

Looks like you are missing the panel extensions on both sides of the tower.
The hour meter is supposed to be mounted in the left side panel.
