Upgrade NowLew - I looked again and it sure looks to me like it's the wrong direction.Looks like it is going in the right direction to me, Dustin, we nee some feedback,
Doh! Correct! Let me post the 108 trying now.I know he has confirmed it is turning the correct direction.
Watching the video, you can see a mark (probably the label on the belt) you can see it come "up" from the basket pulley, go over the top of the S/G pulley before it dissapear "under" the pulley. Which would be correct. The S/G on a IH Cub Cadet, will "pull" the belt from the top of the basket pulley, and "return it to the bottom.
Dad's 149 has a S/G belt with a very prominent brand mark on it (well it was 30+ years ago) and I remember watching that mark come over the top of the pulley and around the pulley and then dissapear. Just one of those thing that stuck with me. It would come across the top, from the basket to the S/G....
I believe he may have been showing his Quietline, as it was suggested, if he has another IHCC to confirm they both are turning the same way.... that he had compared them.....
12 volts at the coil, but no spark. Tried two plug wires.Time to get out the meter!
Are you certain there is no spark at the plug??12 volts at the coil, but no spark. Tried two plug wires.
Silly question................... Which terminal on the coil is the condenser connected to?The points are opening and closing, but I don't see a spark even after filing them. Have 11.5 volts to solenoid and the coil.
The negative.Silly question................... Which terminal on the coil is the condenser connected to?
