Have my new-to-me Cub 102, circa 1966, running around my half acre. K241 engine runs strong, no smoke but it be LOUD. Cannot upload pix of the muffler, it could be oem. It is appx 12" long and 2" diameter. I'm thinking it's not glass-packed. Seeing some aftermarket mufflers, $45.00 or so but all are short on description. Any ideas please.

I had a local muffler shop custom make a new muffler for my 149. Exact fit, made from heavy wall 4" exhaust pipe. Slightly quieter than the badly-cracked, and badly-welded original. Not for the purists amoung us, but somewhat less expensive, and should last two lifetimes.
