Here is a pic of my new to me 782d, along with my wife's 582 plow special. We decided to keep the 582, but set it aside for chores and plowing and use the new D for mowing duties due to fuel usage. I am going to shorten that stack pipe, its from my old Kubota and is still factory length. Thats a monday at work "goverment" job! Hope to mow with the D tomorrow for the first time. Cheers Mike and Michele T

I love the two 782's i've got but if I had to choose just one more it would be a smoker like that. Looks great!

Here is a better pic of the new D. Now sporting her mower deck. Mike

There is one that is in real nice condition on ebay for $2100 with a mower deck, but no 3pt hitch. Thats about the going rate for one these days. I am betting if someone offered him a bit less it would sell, as it hasnt yet. Go check it out if your interested. They are a really nice machine. Mike

I'd love to,but can't buy one at this time! Are engine parts available?

Yes for the most part, thru Kubota, you just have to know what Kubota tractors used the D600B engine, ie the G5200 and G6200. I need to sit down and make a crossover chart for things like glow plugs, injectors, filters ect. I work for a Kubota dealer as a mechanic so I have easy access to the parts diagrams. Cheers Mike

Do you think engine parts will be available for some time in the future?

More than likely thru Kubota, I can still get most major wear parts for the very first Kubotas imported into the states. Mike
