I personally have never been able to order from them. I tried twice and even submitted an order, but never received it, so I gave up dealing with them.

Hello all - still in business but having second thoughts about continuing. Lately, I'm either not receiving submitted orders or my replies go into the recipients spam folder. I've talked to my IT guy and he doesn't know where the problem lies. This, combined with the inability of getting certain electronic components due to the effects of covid, has turned my business into something that just isn't fun anymore.

For those who are trying to reach me or place an order, email directly at [email protected] . And if you're expecting a reply, PLEASE check your spam folder daily.

I got an e-mail from you today
and paid using PayPal.
I will continue to buy from you in the future.

Dave, I sure hope you don't go anywhere. I've got my eye on a few things, but probably won't order until next spring. Maybe you need to re-evaluate your online services and vendors to get things where you need them to be.

Not talking about dkirk, but if you order anything not in stock, be prepared to wait a long time to get it!
I ordered a couch and recliner, and it took a year and a half to get it. Ordered a metal carport, and it took six months. Ordered some boots about three months ago, and haven't received them yet.

I know exactly what you mean. We are in the process of remodeling our bathroom and of course our vanity top is custom size soooo we are waiting on that…..3 months out.

At the mine I work at we have waited over a year for an air compressor for a drill. We have 6 cat D11 dozer’s and cannot get a set of hubs and spindles for one so it’s trying to get remachined. No injectors for a cat c32 engine in a 993 loader and 1000’s of pieces of equipment the world. Majority of our parts get shipped back from Australia. Crazy times a coming.

And the “news” sites are saying that the supply chain problems are all fixed now. I don’t think so. Wife wants a new refrigerator and the delivery estimate is ‘we don’t know when’

You don't want a new refrigerator if you have one that is working.....................The new one may or may not work, for long. The only way to get one that is reliable, would be to buy a commercial unit......................for big bucks.

I believe LG is in a class action suit over their linear compressors (which could actually be quite good, if they could ever keep them working) LG has pretty well taken over the whole market too. Last I knew, Frigidaire was the only option to avoid LG. Something with a Copeland compressor would be the way to go, they are still made here.

Govt regulated minimum wage increases, domestic liability insurances, manufacturing Codes of safety from chemicals. ALL play a part in American manufacturers to produce elswhere. America was built on Supply and Demand. Now we live by federal government telling private sector companies what they must do, what they must pay to be in business. They are strangled.
