Is this seal hard to replace and should I do other ones also . this one seams to be the worst ?

Front, rear, and right side aren't too bad. Left side requires disassembly of the hydro unit. If you haven't, and I'm guessing it'd be the case based on the looks of things, this would be a good time to clean everything up, replace the cork gasket between the hydro unit and transaxle, and change the Hytran and filter.
