Help on attachment 190-451-100 for the 451 blower I bought

Bought a used attachment - it was missing a couple links and waiting on them (lift links). In meantime - cleaning, replacing missing pins and washers. I received 2 springs and instructions - however I cannot make sense of exactly where the springs attach. Trying to locate exploded views is impossible for some reason - input is much appreciated.
