PAR36. These are pretty close to the original appearance too, but a different color temperature and nearly twice as bright. I've been replacing all of mine as they burn out.
Mine are the original lamps. 35ish years old. I don’t think they’ll ever burn out. Would like brighter though to extend the day into night.

I am about to replace the headlights on my CC122. Currently imy CC122 has 4.5" incandescent bulbs (I believe P/N:4411). I am planning on using PAR36 LED bulbs from Lowes. These bulbs are less than $13/each.

Separately, I updated a vintage sportsmen lantern with this PAR36 LED bulb (and Milwaukee M18 battery). See pics.

PS these bulbs are rated for 12V to 24V AC or DC. The lantern with PAR36 bulb puts out insane amounts of light.

PPS The other day I did a test of battery duration with PAR36 bulb; left lantern on for 90 minutes and output did not diminish in brightness/intensity. Additionally, M18 battery was still showing four bars after 1.5 hour test.

Good find. I’ve been browsing different LED options. What I want to know is how you adapted that battery to the lantern.

Adapters for the M18 batteries are sold on ebay for $7 or $8 each (I used to make such adapters on my 3d printer but the ebay versions are a better fit). M18 adapter was then bolted to the lantern. Thereby, allowing 18V battery leads (from the M18 adapter) to be bolted to the electrical contact spots where the original 6V lantern battery was originally bolted.
