Dang, thrown into a bigger group with many manufactures.
I understand since I have only one MTD Cub and 8 IH Cubs.No, I just knew it looked different.

Don't like the segregate one bit. Since the MTD era 82 series and Cyclops are still primarily IH design, they should not be cast off like a red headed step child. In many ways, they were superior to their earlier counterparts. Too much emphasis has been placed on the MTD takeover in 1981. Eventually MTD essentially ruined the brand as was known fondly, but they are producing what the populous wants-priced cheap.
