Where can I get the rubber plugs that fits on the back of guide lights on an original?

Hard to find. You will probably need to find used lights with good plugs.

They used to be around 50 bucks till they went NLA a couple years ago from CNH.
But! These are in the works once again.

Dunno, I've went through 3 guys now that did great on the first batch and went to pot on the seconds. I'm having a mold made this time, no more 3D printing crap for me!
