I’m messing with my fathers old 72 and it’s leaking gas from this fuel valve thing. Is there an O-ring in this? Can I get a rebuild kit for it or maybe just get a new one?

Being in the antique auto restoration business... I love these old parts.. and rebuild/rework them.
When that filter was built... they were using a CORK gasket, and by the late 60's, a "flat" O-ring.
The pumice-stone filter can be cleaned and reused forever. (I clean mine with Liquid-Plumber, and blow it out with air).
Unscrew the thumbscrew, and the bowl should drop enough to slide out. You may have to move the "saddle" one way or the other to get enough clearance. You can easily make a new cork gasket in just a few minutes. Just use the glass bowl as a template.
That is a part that gives your tractor.."Character".
