Yes they are bushings. I just replaced some on the one I just picked up. The sponsors sell them.

I just checked on some front wheel bushings I installed not too long ago. I went the cheap route. I was careful to press these in as straight as possible and just noticed this problem in picture. I'm more inclined to think it's the cheap product versus my press fit. I have to order the good ones now. Cry once when you buy them or every time you use them.
