That's all that I have on the Montgomery CC-34-710. Based on the brochure page I posted, that model would be for a Cub Cadet model 70 or 100. It might fit other narrow frame Cub Cadets.

there’s always the rear PTO and reverse gear.

What is drive shaft connected to?

You might be able to adapt a 90° gear box from a QA36/QA42/QA36A/QA42A/QA36B snow thrower. The mounting subframe from one might also be adapted to mount the reel mower.
