Mine has 2 headlights and no, no mower. I strictly have this for the only purpose of snow removel.
But, are those two headlights under a single lens?

Yes - on 14hp not sure on Command however it's a briggs and straton
Probably a B&S Vanguard. I think I remember reading that the Vanguard needed a valve adjustment at 500? hours.
