I'd like to put a cat 0 3pt on my 782, but frankly, I'm not willing to spend 500 dollars buying a kit from Xtreme Motorworks. And the thing is, it would make my sleeve hitch attachments useless. I've been working on an idea that will allow me to use both.
I came up with the plan from seeing a picture of a landscaping rake in 50 Years Of Cub Cadet:

The plan is to use those bent lift straps to control the liftarms, which would be pinned to the mounting bracket for my Brinly sleeve hitch. Here is what I'll be working with:

The red bracket was invented by my dad and his friend Carl so they could add sleeve hitches from QL parts on their 1711 and yellow 782 respectively, without ruining the aluminum rear ends. I got one so I can change rear attachments without removing the transmission cover and making a mess. Here is the full sketch of the proposed 3pt:

I was planning to fashion a mount for the top link and bolt it behind the red bracket with those top 3 bolt holes. Does anyone know if this scheme will work? Id love to hear your thoughts!
