Bu here's the serial number details to find out when it was built.

The serial number on a cub cadet 100 is located on the right side of the transmission. It will be either on the raised square, or just in front of it. Here is a pic of where it should be.

Clean that paint off real good so we can see the number better. 
1210xx would put it on May of 65.' Looks like, maybe 121050?

makes it June of 1961.. A very good year!
It is a model 100. Maybe June of 65?

June, 1961 would make it an original. The serial #s of June 1961 start at 10022, and end at 12218 (5 digits). 121090 (6 digits) would put it in May of 1965. the #s of May 65' begin at 116156, and end with 122258.
