Happy to announce that in conjunction with the National Farm Toy Show in Dyersville, IA this year in June a local group will again hold a garden tractor show on the adjacent grounds.
The dates are June 5-6
All makes and models of GTs and related equipment are welcome.
If you are a farm toy collector the toy show is a must attend annual event and we hope to expand the GT participation as well.
Check us out if you are in the area that weekend

.Headed there in the morning, only 10 miles for me!!.

1st load s the 882 w/ganged disc and the 149/DanCo loader rig.
following in the enclosed trailer will be my 126 from a few years back and the 104, then a real nice 108, a 128 w/3point, sleeve hitch and creeper w/10" Brinly, the Original with restored BB36 thrower and the 1000 with the M59 shredder.

Next show on my calendar will be Forrest City, IA in 2 weeks. then Portage, WI weekend after the 4th.

Interesting IH plant Cub turned up yesterday there.
Story is it came from the IH plant at Moline, IL and it looks like it led a hard factory life as a tool/torch service unit.
Note the safety hood mod, same as my 1250 and 3 others I have seen before.
Of note also is the VERY HD front bumper and if you look in your "50 Years of Cub Cadet" by Oscar Will, on page 28 you will see a factory shot of an 82 series Tug Cub with the exact same bumper..

We had a larger turnout than 2 years ago but the green machines were the bulk of the lot. Only 4 other cubs besides my 8 and I was sure to look and make sure none of that green rubbed of on my stuff before loading back up even though most of them were on the other side of the field!!
More pictures to follow if anyone is interested

Here's a modified A/C with a Gannon box blade.
Note the engine install.
Owner said it lined up perfect with the rest of the drive train and needed only a spacer on the end of the d/shaft.

Here's the 4 other Cubs that were there.
PLus a few more pic's
This event has the possibility to really blossom what with the Farm Toy Show and museum. Directly across the street is a large antique mall as well that is also open.
I did not go back today as I had other plans.
