there isn't much to this little rider - seems it would fit on a 48" pallet and you could ship it by truck relatively cheap - just make sure its packed/shrink wrapped in such a way that it is impossible to stack other pallets on top of it! Here we put Carboard cones on top then stretch wrap it in. even that wont stop an LTL from trying to stack pallets sometimes!

I am still interested in your 85 without engine/trans. I think I have a way to pick it up. How much would it take to buy it?
John, I've dismantled more than a few mowers...John deere, simplicity,even murray had a similar looking mower with separate trans and shifter and most had an 8hp briggs
not that it matters but john deere also used Kaw. 9hp
