ACID WASH ............

What the hail????? Even carb dip pushes the limits for die cast zinc/pot metal/aluminum etc. Berryman's carb dip is the way to go for ALL carb clean'ins as there's little risk of etching precision air mixing or fuel emulsion circuits. It's not what is was in the 60s or 70s but still does better than mechanic inna can. Sometimes Utube is such a disappointment

we all make mistakes. life goes on .. with or without carb dip haha....
but i learned the china carbs are worth the gamble if i need one. for 25 bucks..

DONT DO THE ACID WASH ............
i cooked a carb to black.. kind of stupid on my part. sat rite there watching it bake and get all hot.. knowing i was messing up... walked away and will... it learned me a lil sumffin sumffin lol DONT DO THE ACID hahhaha

i guess if u mix a quart of water to teaspoon of acid. probley be ok with some dish soap in there.
tho .... carbs yeah over seas are so cheap to get. i have one and it works fine. tho u might get a bad one who knows

I do the acid thing w/no problems.
You gotta mix it sparingly!
And just a quick dip, a minute maybe, then rinse well with water and blow dry.
Then polish with a s/s brush and they will look like new.
