Doug A and all you guys missing that f'n "F" key. I think the answer is pretty easy. Kohler, or maybe even the tractor manufacturers, discovered that baffle that wrapped around the front air fins actually caused grass/dirt to build up on the fins rather than allow the air to flow completely thru. I suppose this could have required a team of engineers to figure out how to stop it (how much to reduce the baffle).

Charlie, that appears to be Don Tanner on one of his Originals, yes?

Charlie-

Thanks for posting that pic. I didn't recognize Don at first until Kraig asked.

I sure miss that ole fart. He put a lot of laughs in the forum.

.

Wayne, I recognized the driveway first... I wasn't sure if it was Don or not as he looks a bit different in that photo than he did in other photos I've seen of him. Yep, I miss him too.

Kraig-

As soon as you mentioned Dons name I thought, that's Dons driveway he was so proud of. I remember him saying that snow blowing/throwing would be a lot easier now. I'm not sure if he ever got the 1512 set up with the snow blower. He and Charlie were going back and forth as usual IIRC.

I haven't been to the back shed much since the fire, but I think I need to do some house cleaning!

Charlie - you posted those pics, and then left your tag line at the bottom:
"Every Cub has beauty but not everyone sees it."

And what the..... are those boxes on the left side of the first pic? They have a 3" barrel or pipe sticking out one end.

(My F key was missing but now I found it)
