Dave S.I put a non embossed decal on a piece of flashing and glued it into the spot

Iron Patriot update....charging issue fixed reworked some buggered connections and replaced the rectifier seems to working as it should now, onto the next project rewiring the lights.new decals after that

Good morning, All. Does anyone know what size C-ring I need for the rear axle clip... IH-378066-R1 Ring, Rear Axle Retaining Snap. Ian's going to try and cross reference them for me. TIA

Thanks Charlie,
Wow! -- talk about service -- less than 24 hours ago I pulled defective switch from 127, order parts and new parts arrived, switch installed, back to work for him. Was going to mow around old garden spot and change from mower to snow thrower so the 127 will be ready for next job.
I know its early, but I got time now.
Thanks for the fast service. (the clutch drive will have to wait)

Ron T- I'll be doing the same thing,.... getting my model 72 ready for the "next job", lol! Makes sense to me while the time is at hand!

On another note,....

Uggg! The suspense is killing me!!!! My new meats are due to arrive with in an hour or so. They are a set of Firestone 23 Flotation 23 x 10.5 x 12" going on board my 1450! I currently have my spare set of 8.5" rear rime in the shop being sandblasted. I'll at least have the whole trans axle and hydro pump ready to go before long! Lots to do on the 1450 this season!

So a while back, I had someone tell me I didn't know what I was talking about, which isn't uncommon, LOL
BUT!
They said that a 70 and 100 would NEVER have a 2 spring style PTO, much less a double disc setup!
Well folks!

A question that maybe no one will know the answer to. On narrow frame engines the air battle wrapped around the front of the fins. On wide frames they use the baffle that stops at the side with a little spout that shoots the air forward. Anyone know why?

Doug-

I'm willin' to bet there was a staff of engineers behind what you are asking about. I've wondered that myself about the bat..I mean the baffling and air flow between the NFs and the WFs.

Charlie-

We all miss our "F" keys every now and then.

.

An air battle would be a battle fought in the air, most likely with airplanes.

. Yes I missed the f key. Large thumbs and iPhone 5. Bad combo. Of course, if the fins were clogged with grass there could be an air battle under the air battle.

Battle...what the Klingons crave or baffle as the air direction panel on a Kohler engine
