45, she leaks at the cover and dad had to fill it, so I got that and a 6 inch pipe and another 45 so he can fill it easier. Only the first 45 stays on. The hitch helps seal, I just got new covers from Charlie to replace all 3 quietlines

Wayne, nice job on the 1200! I bet the owner is very happy!

Jason, looking good with the ags on the 149!

Jason,

Skip the trip ribs and go for the 5 rib Verdestien V61 tires.......Extra Awesome! !!!!

Well I'm sick! This fever is getting bad, just got a 100 with snow blade and fenders from Tom Hoffman
Thanks Tom!
I'll post a pic later, wow, what's next?

Finally figured out why the 149 quit running - the coil wire from the ignition switch to the coil had rubbed on the cub until the wire was gone. A simple splice would have fixed it. But since I found out that a previous PO had changed the ignition switch to a non cub switch - I replaced it. Good thing too. The battery wire was held on with only a couple of threads. See attached pics for the switch and backyard engineering to wire up the solenoid wire. Which was covered with electrical tape.

Oh well, I got the LH Arm lift on the 149 frame drilled half way, If I can find a bit thats very long, then im in luck. but my teacher can always fabicatied a remade LH Arm that will go on my 129 soon to be the 149ish. Then I will just use the 129 to pull stuff around etc etc. I kinda have plans to put in a v twin kohler in the 129 and somehow make it in to a v8 look of the 1568.

Jason W. I have a trailer just like yours only with a different type of latch. I'll have to get some pictures. Mine is faded orange and narrow tires/rims. I hope to repaint it next year. Your 149 looks sharp.

Earl F. Nice score on the hitch. My Dakota needs a trailer. I already have a hitch. But, a totally unexpected bill totally wiped out my Cub budget for the next two years (at least). I learned about that just after I bought a nice used 8 x 10 shed for storage.

David S. Very nice find. Another Cub Cadet rescued for refurbishing. And Thank You for the neat pictures.

Jim K. Nice troubleshooting with the switch.

Austin E. You'll have to share some pictures of your fabrication.

Marlin -

I posted several pics of the Jackson 7.5 cu. ft. Trailer Cart here when it followed me home along w/ the 1250......

It's actually in pretty decent shape, mostly just all surface rust. It's pretty darn solid. I'm thinking about giving it some TLC and storing it indoors along w/ 149 before the surface rust turns into full blown cancer. It would make for a Really Nice Refurb Project!

EDIT: Sorry I guess discussion concerning the 149 "cart" would be considered off topic?
