Alex Smith-Nice job on that restoration. I love how your 71 has all the cool options on it.

Alex S--Great job on that 71. Tribute machines are always something a little more special and sentimental. That thing is loaded with cool options and you have done it right. I hope that Albert seems a little closer whenever you are around it!

Steve,
It looks like you had Chris, aka Bubba, working hard. How do I get him to work hard on my stuff?

I'm glad I'm not the one who paid $180.+ plus for a old pocket knife with a Cub Cadet sticker on it. I'd be pi$$ed!

Alex, are you planning to be at the Lanesville show? I hadn't planned to attend this year since I'm attending another show on Saturday. But I may try to make it on Friday just to see that fine job you did.

Tom H.
You mean this sticker!

Oh yea!
I emailed the IDIOT and got this reply.
don't worry my friend i am send your email to ebay right away , who do u think you are..i was told a private dealer had about 50 of these made and were given out to buyers ..you see i did do a little research before i listed it..there is no sticker on this knife , it has been screen printed on it..

Donald T. It's good to hear that you've done the same thing also with the hydro. I thought I was the only one.

You are right about being willing to help solve the problems that everyone sometimes experiences.

I'm writing this from the work computer and start work in fifteen minutes. It was raining this morning. I don't have my work safety bifocals yet so the screen is a lilttle blurry. Everyone have a safe and wonderful day.

I noticed that knife too. I also noticed that it looked like a sticker. It may be original but it sure looks a little fishy to me.

Charles L. I put an automotive tachometer on a 1650 before Kirk Engines introduced theirs. I had a friend build an electrical device that fooled the tach into thinking it was on a 4 cylinder engine. It agreed with a mechanical tach as far as accuracy. The problem was that the tach didn't last very long, I believe the vibration was to much for it. Even though it was one of the smaller ones it still kind of took over the dash. I have no experience with the Kirk tach but having tried the other I would certainly look into the Kirk tach.

I work on weekends at the casino and I didn't put in for time off, but I will be next year. I know you folks put on a nice show, so look for me down there too.
