Hey Charlie - nice blade set up but you forgot to remove the rotation locking pin (well at least you still had it inserted in your first photo).

Now - how well will the 1450 work without chains??? My guess is all that you'll do is spin those tires and not go anyplace.
 
Dear Harry: While it looks like we're both here at the same time, I've been meaning to get in touch with you about the 216 plug in the K181. The 216 works, but I think it goes further into the combustion chamber than it's supposed to. A J8C came out of it and probably that was right in the first place.

Well, this works. Thanks, Charlie, I'm going to leave the 216 right where it is. This 73 is my little workhorse right now - the one that's getting "special attention". Bigger isn't always better.

.....I just ordered a new set of 26x12x12 chains to replace a worn set (before they ended up ruining a nice fender pan).

Small tractors without chains in the winter are pigs on ice!!!
