My apologies, I guess the hyperlink didnt do what I wanted it to do... Oh well I'll get rid of it if you want. anyway, I went to this site, and it said that it was a spread frame. I let it go, jes sayin.

Glen C:

Uh...your link doesn't work..!!!

AGAIN .... The 82 Series Cubs are Wide Frame models....Period.

Cub Cadet's first diesel in a Wide Frame, was the 782D in 1984. There have been many subsequent models since.

Now considering this is the First and most accurate Cub Cadet Web Site, I would be thinking you may want to pay attention here..!!!!

Will a lowboy ,154, front axle fit in place of a stock cub axle? I'm doing research at the moment into what cub would be the best for a transformation. I see 1X8/9 done alote and am looking to see if another one could work and look as well. Maybe the 72 could be a candidate.

G.L. the K141 is a 14 cubic inch 1 cylinder version of the K161/K181 Kohlers that are used in CCs. Rated at 6.25 HP. Roger

Thanks. That saves me the trouble of finding one and figuring it out the hard way.
