Spring is coming, and as I' have given up trying to be a gentleman farmer, I'm going to sell my faithful old 127 tiller tractor. For the uninitiated, it's a 12 hp Cub Cadet garden tractor with a hydrostatic transmission and a 40-inch rear-mounted International rototiller. It has tilled our garden for a bunch of years, works fine, and now needs a new home.

The good news: It runs ok, transmission works ok, tiller works ok.
The bad news: It's not beautiful, the seat is patched with black duct tape, it uses a little oil, and I think there might be a hole in the head gasket.

Anyone seriously interested is welcome to come and see it, drive it, try out the tiller, etc. Zip code 46992, Wabash, Indiana.
Price is $650 firm. (I paid $450 for the tiller alone.) I might deliver for my costs if not too far from home.

Pair of really nice super Cub 12" rear rims. Asking $150 for both. Located in Gridley, IL. Could ship. PM me, or call/text 309-822-2087.

Plow is a little rusty.....should be an easy one to clean up and paint your favorite color
Plow has a good point by looking at the first 2 pictures.
Depth wheel and coulter spin. The coulter does not swing side to side.

Asking $250 if I ship plow. Buyer pays shipping. I can ship the plow by UPS or Fastenal. $225 if you pick up the plow at my home (zip code 45891). I can bring the plow to any event that I go to. I'm planning to go to International Harvesters Collectors Winter Convention in Columbus, In. the first weekend in March.

PM is the best way to contact me.

This will come with a 20 Mag. with one broken rod.
bash.gif

It will have turf tires all around and a different seat from a cyclops. It will not have the 3 point hitch or the rear PTO. It will have the 50" deck included as shown in two of the pics. It does have the front hydro. ports. I can send more pics upon request. This was my favorite Cub for mowing until it pissed me off. I just am tired of dealing with it and I have another Super that is treating me good for now. (knock on wood) $1000.00. Pick up in Albion, In. 46701.
under edit:
FYI there is a 20 Mag. short block on a popular web based auction site.

I'm changing my mind on selling the "9".
I think I'll find another replacement engine for it and hope for the best.

I'm interested in selling my IH Cub Cadet Model 86. It's a 1973 production unit and I am the second owner. Has the original 8HP cast iron Kohler engine (rebuilt in 1990). Mostly original (missing the original seat) previous owner put a John Deere seat on UGH!!! Have not started or used since 2005 but ran fine then. Has been garaged since I owned it (1988). Would like to get $500. If you're interested I can send more pictures. Located south of Des Moines Iowa.
