I got a chargeing issuse on my 782. Now I tested 3 differant voltage regulators per the manual on this site all 3 are the same. One of wich is a brand new one from kohler. Here is the deal. I got up to 48 volts coming up to the vr,And the most I can get out of any one I have tested is .987 volts to the battery. I have cleaned all the engine connection and grounds. I guess its best to clean every connections on the tractor? Or am I wasting time and its something eles? Thanks in advance Jim

Well nevermind about the not charging. Found a broke wire going from the voltage regulator to the key switch. Guess I tryed to make it harder than it was. I have a hard time remembering the K I S S plan. Oh well till something eles comes up. Thanks anyhow,Jim

Be nice, Dennis. The 149 came autamitacally (I can spell that rong if I want to) with hydraulick lift and lights.

Anyone know what size the sheave key or as some of you rednecks call it a pulley lol. I want to say its a 3/16 x 3/16 x 1" to hold the sheave(pulley) on the drive shaft. I might also need a new set screw as well,I wanna say its a 3/8x3/8 set screw. I couldnt find the sizes in the manuals ?

Frank, CUBgratulations!

Hello Gentlemen, I was wondering if anyone remembers the name of the cub dealer in Wisconsin. I know at one time they were a sponsor of the forum.

Mark H.
Yep there used to be a sponsor that screwed Bob N. out of $3700.00 of sponsorship fees that will not be mentioned on here!!!!!!!!!!!!
