I'll even ding myself here.... I must have fat fingered my mouse and posted in the off topic for sale and wanted. I cut and pasted the text, and obviously did not realize there is no PM here.

To address your comment on patching- I need to mow with this thing soon. I am not sure how much of a mess holes would cause (grass shooting out?). The rivet and light guage metal would be temporary. I hope to cut those sections out and weld in appropriate guage patches this winter (need a welder first).

In the end, the 50" deck is really bigger than I need. Figure a trade would help out 2 people.

Numbered Lo-Boy fenders. Pretty nice, not mangled, very little pitting or rust. Email for better pictures. $50/pr. picked up in Rockford, Illinois. Shipping might be expensive, but I'll check if you want. [email protected]

Off Topic Cast Iron Wheel Weights, weigh 26# each. I think these are from a Simplicity or Allis Chalmers but fit most all 12" rear wheel garden tractors. These don't stick off the wheel as far as the IH version.
$75 per pair plus shipping from Connecticut, and I have 2 pair if you want to double them up.

FOR SALE:

1/PR 3500# ELECTRIC TRAILER BRAKES/DRUMS

I have a set of used (2500 miles) one year old take-off electric trailer brakes and drums for a 3500# axle (1-1/16" x 1-3/8" bearings) for sale.

As some of you may know I had a axle with bad brake flange welds that was replaced with a pre-wired "complete" axle under warranty. The take off brakes are still very serviceable with very little wear.

Northern lists them brand new for $220. Mine are priced at $100 plus actual shipping from 61548, Metamora, IL. They are heavy (~85#). Pick-up is also an option.

This would be a cheap way to upgrade your trailer (especially a large single axle pulled by a smaller sized tow vehicle.

Thanks!!

Trailer brakes are sold...Thanks!!!
