I USE THIS AS A SPARE OR WHEN I GET SOMEONE TO HELP CUT THE GRASS . IT HAS LOW HOURS AND NOT USED MUCH . I WENT TO GET IT RUNNING THIS YEAR AND IT WILL NOT MOVE FOWARD OR IN REVERSE . ALSO THE DECK BELT WILL JUMP OFF AS SOON AS I ENGAGE THE CLUTCH . WHAT SHOULD I LOOK AT FIRST .
