Upgrade NowNice. And 727s are used throughout the IHC light duty range so, there's your *original part* connection. So a search yielded the info that a 11/32" steel check ball was used in Chrysler 727 Torqueflites.

Truck... schmuck - though I do dig a 402. But of real interest.... Is that a Grand Am?That's my 1972 Chevy Cheyenne Super 20 402. View attachment 148757
Righteous trade out.Thank you, Todd. The Grand Am is a Admiralty Blue 1973 400/4 speed manual trans. I sold it 3 years ago to purchase a 1973 Admiralty Blue Firebird Formula 455.
Oh my.... Look at all that room someone left in there for a turbo!Adding the missing pieces to the puzzle. Located a new Kubota oil fill tube and injector tube retainer brackets. Next addition is a battery master disconnect switch.

No doubt. I was mostly kidding. This engine runs strong even without a Turbo. The previous owner was plowing his fields with it quite effortlessly. All I do with it is mow and have it look pretty haha.
Always a good call.Master battery switch installed..
Add a diverter valve !!!Oh my, that looks great. My 'someday list' is to put the Kubotas 3 cyl. gas engine in my 782. I have these engines in old, retired, all wheel drive scissor Lifts. They are very reliable.
These units have a hydraulic pump mounted to them, wonder if I could or should totally alter the hydraulics. Probably too much rear drive issues with doing that.
