GVWR is 2680lbs so the tractor or whatever you are hauling can't legally exceed 1 ton, which is roughly two Cubs.

The 2000lb payload capacity is more than enough for my IH Cub Cadet 100 Tractor or JD 318 Tractor! Can you imagine this IH Number 7 Tilt-Bed Trailer fully restored? Oak, great rare find!

Agreed, was thinking of that when Oak first showed us his rare find. I have the old two place snowmobile trailer in back shed that is in need of a new deck. Likely the perfect starting point?

2680# minus 680# is 2000
1450 weighs 690#. X2=1380
Still leaves 720 for attachments.

That said, I’m sure it’s built on 1500# axles, with total being under 2999# and no brake by law. In theory… you should be able to add 320# back on safely and technically legally as well
