1862 Transmission Fluid

I purchased a used 1862 and I notice the hydro fluid is golden color, but needs to be filled. Since it’s new to me, I thought I’d drain and refill. I see everywhere that I should be using HyTrans, but that is red in color. I know where and how to change the filter and I know the fill tube is under my seat. Is there a drain plug to drain the hydro fluid? Nothing in my manual or service manual. Or, please let me know the procedure to changing the fluid. Also, should there be HyTrans fluid in there or was that for earlier models? Is CC version gold in color?
