1811 With Power Steering

Have any of you seen this type of power steering before? If so can you tell me about it?

I saw one of them for sale on ebay one time.
Scott Urschel may know something about them. They were supposedly offered by CCC as a dealer installed option. My family owned a dealership at the time and I worked in both parts and service and never saw any bullitens or anything from CCC about them. It would have been nice to know about it then because we lost a few sales cause the 'green' 318 had p/s. When I first saw this setup, I figured it was aftermarket. If it was offered by CCC, it was a well kept secret.
