All that nice fabrication work is soon going to need a bigger shed.
 
Steve, please let me know how you got the 10 pounds suitcase weights secured onto this. I see the bolts underneath, are they threaded into the weight itself? Or is there a nut welded onto the backside of the bracket and the bolt screws through pressing into the weight? Thanks,
 
Weights are drilled and tapped 5/16-18. Weight brackets are drilled 3/8" for a little "wiggle room" for the individual weights. I'm getting ready to do that to the rack on the front of the tractor too. A bit tedious....but they don;t bounce around and don't have ugly brackets all over them either.
 
Thank you! This is exactly what I was guessing, what I needed. I too have plans to modifying a front weight bracket to get rid of the bungy cord etc.. And I maybe bought another front weight bracket at Red Power Roundup this past weekend.
 
Dang that's pretty!!! Nice job Steve.
Makes me want a red one, but I know I can't take on any more projects.
