    I have a 1450 and need help with the snow blower. so far I have tried spraying the shute with car polish, painting on slip plate, added a deflection tube to the exhaust and it still pluges up in the shute. Does anyone have and ideas to improve the efficiency of this think? thanks jack

    For what it is worth I have a two cylinder 5hp air compressor that made a lot of noise. I vented the air intake out side of my shop with 2" pvc pipe and that reduced the noise by 70%.

    Because I convereted my standard IH blade to rotate the feet started to wear badly. The angle of the feet are fixed and don't always hit the ground flat. New IH feet are $18.00 plus in Michigan 6% sales tax. Therefore I made these if any one is interested.

    Digger, My 1450 has a lot different design. My spindles have a bracket with spindles welded to the bracket.

    Tedd, I know they should be towed a little but the tires are slanted in about one inch.

    I have a 1450 with front spindles that are towed in at the bottom. I'm sure one of you experts can help me to correct this problem. I know how to add a gusset to strenght it after spindle has been corrected but I have been bending one spindle for over two hours with no improvement. PLEASE HELP

    I have converted my 1450 to a foot speed and directional control. However I haven't been able to worke out a fool-proof dead mans return to neutral. Has anyone done this and if so is the design available or could I purchase the design. thanks jack
