Jacob, Do you mean the engine was still running good and the tractor slowed down? Or the engine lost power? If it's the former, Check all the pins on that drive shaft. If a pin is broke it won't make enough pressure to pop those up. Just a thought.

    Two Wheel Cart

When the kid was young I put an old bucket seat out of a car in a garden cart. She had a blast in that thing.

I think it's a wide frame with a quiet line engine, theres no id plate behind the clutch pedal. under edit, no front clutch throw out arm. never mind.

    Mowing speed on 2130

Herbert, Those are personal preference. People generally mow at the speed thier comfortable with. Some mow as fast as they can and others take it slow. I think slower makes for a better cut but that depends on a few things too. Type of grass, length of grass, ground conditions, Wet or dry...

Chuck save yourself some time if it happened that fast and it isn't the grounds or positive connections. Take the Battery in and get it load tested.

    V-Belt B-Belt Dilemma

Jeremiah, Through expirience, my own and others. A lot of generic V belts are for electric motors. They will not last behind a gas engine. The cub belts are expensive but those belts make two 90 degree twists in a very short distance. Cub belts are made for it. Belts are made to pull on the V...

    V-Belt B-Belt Dilemma

Jeremiah, Just an odball question. Your kinda mixing and matching parts. Have you checked the angle of the V in the Crapsman clutch pulley to see if it matches the V in the rest of the pulleys. Check your idlers too. In the first picture from the bottom the Left (drive side) is farther out...

Had to take the GF to Rockford yesterday for a meeting for her work. She hates driving in any bigger town. It means I'd usually go through the junk yard or used car lots or whatever for 4 hours. Yesterday the meeting was at the Library which has a cool little park area between it and the river...

Zero turn ? what should I buy ?

I don't know about Canada but around here if your going to drop that kind of coin, they'll bring one out and let you try it. Pick your top 2 or 3 and tell them what your doing. If a dealer with a piece of junk won't even try. Weeds out the real competition

Denny, ever thought of putting the top part of that trailer on a hinge at the front. I'll bet if you could break the seal on the packed grass on the top half, the load would tip out when you trip the tilt. No more digging out.

Todd, The linkage and lever don't attach to the clutch. Theres two buttons, one in the center of the clutch and one in the middle, toward the top of the arm that touch. The linkage pulls the arm so the lever pushes that "fiber button" against the "steel button" in the center of the clutch. That...
